Cycle Expo Yorkshire 2019

What a great start to the Yorkshire 2019 UCI Road World Championships, Cycle Expo Yorkshire - a cycle focused expo in Yorkshire Event Centre. Great City Games

For the first time in the history of the North Great City Games Stockton played host to the packed athletics event with sprints, pole vaults, long jump and hurdles.  Thousands gathered on the widest High street in England to watch world class athletes compete but the star of the event was Teesside Tornado Richard Kilty, who claimed victory at the 100m with a time of 10.57 seconds, 0.2 seconds faster than Sam Osewa and Sam Miller, who both clocked 10.80.

The Presca Tour de Yorkshire roundup

After a four day gruelling tour, with four seasons in every day, the Tour de Yorkshire is over for another year. The weather showed the determination of both riders and supporters who attended. It’s Tour de Yorkshire time!

What is the Tour de Yorkshire? In its fifth edition, the Tour de Yorkshire is comprised of both Men's and Women's cycles races. The Men's race is over 4 days/stages with a combined distance of 624.5km of Yorkshire countryside, and the Women's is over 2 days totalling 264km.
